"I Love You to Death" has an almost complete absence of humor which is most regrettable. However, it does have its fair share of twists - the police arriving on the scene almost immediately and everyone being arrested straight away - and this is unquestionably an interesting film, but sadly it is mo ... re fascinating than it is entertaining and that is truly a shame because the unfortunate reality is that all the necessary ingredients to make what could have been a first rate comedy are here and it does leave you wondering what someone capable of vividly bringing these characters and the full potential of this absolutely bizarre situation more fully to life would be able to achieve.
