Has an old Hammer Films vibe. As many soldiers who return from service, ours is homeless and suffering still. Adjusting to normal home living seems to be possibly welcome yet foreign to him as he's been out 2 years according to his statement to the nun who found him unconscious in an alley after a ... fire broke out at the homeless encampment. The home itself is old and dilapidated. Our soldier is handy, and he tries to help around the home under some protest that "he doesn't need to." The Home itself has an eerie feeling to it and seems a bit old world, but kinda looks homey in a strange way. This has got to be one of the most bizarre and yet still very intriguing at the same time as I am unable to figure out how this will play out. This has been a total mind manipulation and massacre of any common thought process. The old Gods can deal out some painfully terrifying ordeals to be sure. This is a rewatch for sure...
