| Gabriel Viloria (Gerald Anderson) and Bianca Agbayani (Kim Chiu) develop a special bond at a young age in Zambales. They part ways as Bianca's father needs medical attention that cannot be provided in Zambales. Growing up, they lead separate lives without any communication.
