Rising to popularity in the Manchester alternative scene, Jack Simo has showcased how encompassing alternative music can be. Starting his music career as a late Teenager, inspired by the Shoegaze/dream pop style such as bands like slowdive, ride and dream,Ivory, and also Britpop/indie bands of the 1 ... 990s such as Oasis/Noel Gallagher and the Stone Roses. Jack began by sharing covers of popular songs on his YouTube Channel before moving forward with his original music. In terms of writing style, Jack Simo creates a blend of upbeat indie/shoegazey/dream pop songs, and composes ambient/experimental music. At the start of his musical journey, Jack had focused primarily on being only a guitarist in bands. But this moulded his ways into becoming a songwriter and a vocalist along with this. Jack has been in involved in bands in many styles, and worked with a variety of different musicians from all ends of the spectrum. As of recently, Jack has obtained a partnership with the new and upcoming cinema company Legacy Cinema. Jack has composed a number of cinematic styled compositions that are used on productions by Legacy Cinema.
