Siskel and Ebert said this was the worst movie they had ever seen and one of them was so depressed. They wanted to stop watching movies. So naturally, I had to check it out. The opening scene set the standard, a low brow comedy, so I wasn’t expecting much. However I was surprised at the number of ... chuckles I got. No outright laughing and jumping for joy, but generally fun. The ridiculous in the end, seem quite different than the majority of the movie, but I think it fit , and this is exactly the type of movie I would be looking for on TV at 2 AM if this were 20 years ago.
